I think this season is getting better every race. whether it is the new regulations, the quality of drivers, the threat of new teams coming in to the sport I don’t know but everyone seems to get closer together.
The battle for WDC looks completely over but even without the thrill of the championship gone I feel that the last few races there has been more and more happening across the field that keep me more entertained then the beginning of the season.
The battle for P2 WDC and WCC is heavily underway with new contenders showing up every race (Hello McLaren). The midfield is constantly changing and even the backmarkers are sometimes able to surprise us (Hulkenberg anyone?). There is off track drama but without the constant shitstirring between Team Principals, there are great off track moments between the majority of the drivers and even Sprint races became interesting (thank you climate change I guess).
I hope the trend continous and I wish by the end of the season there will be a challenge for WCC, every qualy is as exciting as this one and we have a chance that every team has atleast 1 top 3 finish (one can dream right?).
Give me more as it seems to only get better!

It has clearly been a while since we have had one this entertaining, especially this year.
It was a refreshing and honestly much appreciated change seeing someone other than Max be on pole for once. (Again no hate against him)
Seeing how emotional not just Lewis but even the crowd got seeing him on Pole was another icing on the cake.
With the Mclarens gearing up as well, we are all set for some good ol COMPETITIVE RACING at the race tomorrow! 🔥
I'm an all-rounder F1 fan, so, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember any driver in recent history receiving this much hate by people on reddit. Not even Bottas in Merc, Ricciardo in Mclaren; I would say it's nearly as much as the hate Mazepin was getting. Lots of comments saying he's a bad driver, which are absolutely braindead. We know he's no Max, Alonso or Lewis, whom are able to extract 120% of a car's power, so no real point on making a direct comparison. Is there any other thing behind all of it?

Why isn't there a BOP (balance of performance) in F1?
Like every race, after the first 2 races, the championship leader get's an extra 20kg
2nd - 18kg
3rd - 16kg
4th - 14kg
5th - 12kg
6th - 10kg
and so on...
The teams know where it will be putted in the car at the begging of the season.
It seems to have been very effective in Hypercar, so races are competitive right away after new teams arrived. why not in F1?
